Fire At Burger King Causes $200K In Damages

SANTA ROSA, CA — A Santa Rosa fast-food restaurant was shut down Wednesday because of damage from a fire, the Santa Rosa Fire Department said.

Around 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, the fire department got several 911 calls about a fire at Burger King, 741 Stony Point Road, Santa Rosa FD Battalion Chief Jason Jenkins said.

The first engine crew was on scene within 4 minutes and found smoke on the roof and inside the restaurant so they requested additional crews, Jenkins said.
