A mid-October warmup is coming to the Bay Area this week. After a cloudy Monday, temperatures will slowly climb through Thursday. High temperatures Wednesday and Thursday will be at least 15 degrees above normal, in the 80s in San Francisco and Oakland, and in the 90s in Santa Rosa, Livermore and San Jose.
