Halloween weather: What to expect in the S.F. Bay Area

Bone-dry weather is expected across California for the final day of October, with no fog or precipitation in the forecast. Santa Ana winds are expected in Southern California, as elevated fire danger continues. Gusts will slowly relax into Wednesday.

An area of high pressure is preventing storms from approaching California this week, instead directing precipitation toward the Pacific Northwest. Aside from passing high clouds, clear skies are expected across California on Tuesday.
