Santa Rosa Junior College is getting national recognition for its drone studies program. The program has been selected by the FAA for the Unmanned Aircraft Systems-Collegiate Training Program or the UAS-CTI. This program recognizes institutions that prepare students for careers in unmanned aircraft systems or drones. To qualify, the school or institution, schools must offer a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in UAS or a degree with a minor, concentration, or certificate in UAS.
