Santa Rosa Minority Home Ownership Better Than National Average

Santa Rosa is behind the state average, but better than the national average when it comes to minority home ownership. A study by Construction Coverage puts our minority home ownership gap 20 percentage points behind white home ownership. Minorities in Santa Rosa have a home ownership rate of 49-percent while the white home ownership rate is 69-percent. The nationwide gap is 22-percent while California’s gap is 15-percent.
