Sonoma County makes whistleblowing easier to report

Sonoma County employees, vendors and the public will soon have a way to anonymously report instances of fraud, waste or abuse in county government.
The Board of Supervisors has approved a proposal from the county’s auditor-controller-treasurer-tax collector that creates multiple ways to make anonymous reports.
Whistleblowers can go online at https://integritycounts.ca/org/countyofsonoma, send an email to countyofsonoma@integritycounts.ca, or call (800) 916-8745 (for the public and vendors) or (800) 921-6840 (for county employees).
