Two North Bay beaches are among the best “secret beaches” in the United States, according to Family Destinations Guide.
Wildcat Beach in Point Reyes was ranked number eight, and Bowling Ball Beach in Mendocino was 22nd on the travel website’s list of “America’s Favorite 100 Secret Beaches.”
The ranking was based on a survey of 3,000 U.S. families asked where they would like to travel this summer.
The two beaches were among eight California beaches that made the list.
