SANTA ROSA, CA — FoodMaxx officially welcomes shoppers at 6 a.m. Wednesday to its newly renovated Santa Rosa store at 2055 Sebastopol Road in the Stony Point Plaza.
Designed to keep costs low, the store’s interior has been renovated in a warehouse-style format with steel shelving for efficient pallet and case stocking.
Upon entering, customers will notice the “Wall of Value,” where FoodMaxx boasts “the best prices in town on essential groceries,” according to a news release Tuesday announcing renovations at the Santa Rosa store.
Company officials said FoodMaxx beats conventional grocery store prices because of its “innovative procurement and hyper-efficient operations, including its ability to buy in bulk, stock shelves directly from delivery trucks, have shoppers safely bag their own groceries and the elimination of costly print advertisements – all of which allows FoodMaxx to pass along more savings to its customers.”
