In a short sentence, you get what you pay for. I booked this place as a last-minute reservation for a funeral that I had to attend to, and was looking to save as much possible since my flights cost so much. when I arrived, I found that the sheets were dirty from the previous guest, and the TV was damaged and did not work along with the furniture being damaged. When booking, I read that there was a free breakfast, which is honestly one of the bigger factors as to why I didn't book with Holiday Inn express since there was a larger price difference between the two and they both offered free breakfast. Only to find that this hotel's "free breakfast" is some coffee that's all out of you don't get there by 7:30AM, packet oatmeal and some bite size muffins. You have to go down in order to get fresh towels and basically end up servicing the room yourself. These defects aside, the price and location is decent because it is a pretty spacious room and having the kitchen space is very convenient. The bathroom has good water pressure and has your basic toiletries. One of the big reasons why I won't be returning is because as I was traveling home, I found that I had several bedbug bites. I regret not booking with Holiday Inn, as I usually do because I'd rather pay the extra money and have an actual breakfast, room service, and peace of mind of knowing that I won't come home with bites. This stay offered the basic necessities for the purpose I needed this time. I learned my lesson and will bite the bullet next time.

Norma the girl at the front desk was super helpful and always friendly! I frequent this hotel due to their amazing and genuinely awesome staff, and for their cleaning process, this hotel has their mattresses covered with a vinyl zippered sheet to prevent bedbugs!! That ALSO makes staying there well worth it over most other hotels in the area like motel 6 north and south which have bedbugs!

The establishment is an ideal location for extending one's stay, with exceptionally courteous and friendly staff members. In particular, Erik, a member of the front desk team, consistently delivers outstanding service. Furthermore, the environment is characterized by tranquility and cleanliness.

Checked in to discover that the bedding was not changed from previous guests. The fitted sheet was crumpled and had hair on it. Had to ask for another set and replaced it myself.
The service desk was fine, with no issues. The hotel appeared clean from outside.
Our room had a clean appearance, but the bedding and ceiling were nasty. Only one towel set was present. I had to ask for a second. The towel had spots, which suggests to me they may not be washed with bleach, but it smelled fresh at least.
When we turned off the lights, the ceiling lit up - someone sprayed fluorescent something on the ceiling. That was very weird.

My experience here has been absolutely top notch. The value is undeniable. No other hotel/motel offers anything close for a similar price. But it’s not just the price that makes the hotel a good place.
The employees are the reason this hotel is great.
Stephanie, Norma, Erik, Elizabeth, Cordelia, Jose, David, Jay and the rest of the support staff are always available, ready with a smile, and have answered every question we’ve had.
Other hotels I’ve stayed that cost a similar price have never had employees with even half of the professionalism that this staff has. In fact at some of the more expensive hotels I’ve stayed, the staff as a whole has not been as caring and friendly.
We've been here a while and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for both short and long term stays, you’ll be in good hands.
