Stayed here this past week for a little family vacation. The hotel is in a great location. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable enough, and the breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.

Love the Hamptons! This one is newer. Room was quiet, and clean. Breakfast was good, as usual. Only bummer...hard beds in my room. Both of them.

Rooms and hotel in general we're very clean. Breakfast was average but always well stocked. Beds and pillow were very comfy. Only problem was TV reception not that great.

Booked a non-refundable three night stay through Expedia at this hotel. Checked in, went up to room and as we started to unpack and looked around realized this was not where we wanted to be. Went immediately went back down and checked out and was fine with them telling us that they would not be able to refund any money. Now you tell me if this is where you would like to stay.

Fairly close to anything you need to get to with a short drive. Very new hotel so everything looks new. The owner must be a smoker because there's a nice smokers lounge outside with cushioned chairs and music. Shower floors are slippery though so be careful! Breakfast is about what you'd expect, waffles, eggs, some protein like sausage or bacon that was microwaved, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, muffins, etc. They only service the rooms once every 3 days or so, but you can ask for more.
