After having a horrifying experience in a trashy hotel at Gold Beach the night before, we were SO pleased with our stay at this hotel. We fell asleep instantly once we settled in. It was clean, safe, the staff was polite and pleasant, and the breakfast was very tasty. We purchased our room with the breakfast vouchers and had very tasty omelettes. The grounds were pretty and my little children enjoyed walking around outside. The furniture was a bit outdated as well as the bathrooms but overall I would stay there again just for the cleanliness factor. We were traveling with my husband with a 2.5yrold and an 8month old.

We had a great experience here. The rooms were clean, the food was good and the pool was nice. We went with our daughter’s softball team and they treated us really nicely. In fact, we left behind a few clothes and Jessica from the hotel staff called us personally to ask if we’d like it sent to us. She was so kind. We are very happy with this hotel and highly recommend it.

The rooms are standard Hilton Garden rooms. The staff was amazing 🤩 all are helpful from the morning to afternoon even the breakfast crew. The location is ideal for traveling to and from Sonoma County Airport. View of the winery was through the trees but not bad view. The carpet inside the room could use a refresh that might help with the slight musty odor. The 4stars was due to the odor of the room. I wish I could have given 5.

I stayed here from the 11th to the 15th and so glad I did. It was clean and the staff was amazing. The only thing that was hard was the pool being closed for the day because someone let there kid ho in with a diaper. The night staff tried to make it up to and the day staff Emily did too. Emily you were so sweet and amazing. Thanks to both night and day for being amazing. The food we got with our breakfast was amazing and both waitress were so nice and they gave good service. The cook came up and was talking to my kids and was so nice. I will always stay here anytime I go back there to visit my cousin. I was in room 125 and it was a really nice room I can remember her name but she knew I had kids and put us right across from the pool to help make it easier on me. Thanks again Michelle Carrasco

Stayed here a few days back and overall was quite happy with my stay. The hotel has somewhat been refurbished. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect for anyone rafting. Will consider staying here again next time.
