The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors will host a Climate Action and Resiliency workshop this morning. Beginning at 8:30 AM, the board will review the county’s efforts on the Climate Resilience Comprehensive Plan. It will include an overview of the approach and content for the draft plan and provide direction on actions to reduce both greenhouse gas emissions, increase carbon storage, and reduce municipal waste. Members of the public are welcome to participate by watching live on Zoom at 8:30 AM or by attending in person at the Board of Supervisors chambers.
